All Aboard the Genki Sushi Train!

Today I went to Genki Sushi with my dad. I went to Genki Sushi because I like the bullet trains that carry my food. Usually I go the Orchard restaurant but today I went to Somerset.

The seats have train stops and I sat at Fukushima. In Japanese it is 福島. In Chinese it is 福岛 (Fú dǎo). We can order on our phone. They also have vegetarian options.

Now this will make you very hungry because I'm going to tell you the food I ordered. First I ordered a can of Qoo. It was a refreshing and fizzy drink.

Then I had a chawanmushi. It is a savory custard with shrimp and mushrooms. The custard is smooth like tofu and the shrimp and mushroom is soft.

I had the tuna, ikura (it is salmon eggs), sweet shrimp, and and boiled shrimp sushi. I liked the sweet taste of the tuna sushi.

The plates have Japanese sayings like "Diet starts tomorrow. Thanks!"

I really enjoyed going to Genki Sushi. Your have to press to release the train and I like to do that.
